AN
                  INDISPENSABLE OVER-POWER
Installed on all types of vehicles from 10 to 26 tons Total
Weight, all models of SHM II DALBY are equipped with a super
powerful hydraulic system thus offering "extra power" in order
to face the most tricky situations.
                  .
Detachment and pick-up of overloaded caisson on oily
grounds provoking a suction effect, or on steep grounds.
. Transfer on caissons’ trailers of 16 tons
keeping away from the drawhook thus avoiding crushing
. Complete tipping of most heavy caissons
with angles at 47° to 53° according to the SHM II models.
. Elevation of the feet of the fertilizer
caissons to allow the passage of spreaders or seedlers up to
                  2,50 m high.

                   AFNOR
                  NORMS AND ADAPTABILITY
Thanks to its lateral keying system, its bracket height and
its loading way, the SHM II answers to the NF R.17.107
norms. This way it can retake and handle all types of caissons
conform with these norms or assimilated.
It demonstrates of a will from DALBY containers to adapt to
park-caissons already existing with their new customers. |

                  WEIGHTS AND MINIMUM BULKINESS
The flexible high quality iron structure of
the SHM II offers the best ratio weight/robustness allowing
                  thus a maximum effective load.
Moreover through its small bulkiness the SMH II ensures good
visibility in the back from the commands station easing, thus,
                  all handlings.

                   COMFORT
                  OF USE AND SECURITY
The driver has at hand a pneumatic command station which
allows to control smooth and precise movements.
Beyond its ease of use the SHM II is equipped with a set of
                  elements providing maximum security:
                  The
                  3-points keying ensures:

                      - the
complete locking of the caisson and the rigidity of the
arm during the tipping and the tranportation phases

                      - the
complete unlocking during the retaking and transboarding
                      phases

                  Control
lamp "closed hooks" allow the immediate checking of
the locking at the level of the command desk.
Anti-fall valves block the jacks in case of
                  rupture of the wire
Security of the hydraulic circuit preventing
                  bad manoeuvers.

                   THOROUGHLY
                  TESTED MATERIAL
Whether they are jacks conceived and developped
in our workshops, from the smallest to the most powerful ones,
or world famous piston pumps, all mechanical and hydraulic
components composing the SHM II are submitted to rigorous
                  testing of reliability and durability
                  on an automated testing bench.
